01 · Start here
Before we dig, we build your project as a 3D model using Unilock’s design software. You see the layout, materials and colours on your own property and change anything you like. Grading and drainage are planned at this stage too.
02 · Hardscape
A paver surface is only as good as what’s under it. We excavate, lay fabric, compact the base in lifts and screed the sand before a single paver goes down, so it stays flat and drains through Ontario winters.
03 · Softscape & features
Design and installation for the whole yard: the stone, the planting and the light that ties it together. We can work with native plants and rainwater harvesting for a lower-maintenance garden.
04 · Water
We design the pool and the yard around it as one project, from the first sketch through construction.
05 · Cook & gather
A kitchen laid out around how you cook and how many people you host, built from materials that handle sun, rain and freeze-thaw.
06 · Woodwork
Shade, structure and a place to sit. Built in treated wood or low-maintenance composite, sized to your yard.
